Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping options are differentiated by price, delivery time, and reliability. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For international orders, packages will be handed off to their respective local carriers upon customs arrival.

Although most international orders fall under the de minimis threshold, please be aware you may be subject additional taxes, duties, and custom fees.

All orders are shipped from Costa Mesa, California, USA. Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ("shipping day") - so long as the Postal Service is open and operational. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time of a shipping day are shipped same day. All orders after the cutoff will be shipped the following shipping day. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number to follow your order's progress.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If your shipping address is potentially incomplete or incorrect, we will email you to confirm and allow 24 hours for response.

ALL ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REIMBURSEMENT.

LOST OR MISSING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REIMBURSEMENT.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT accept returns. If a domestic shipment is lost in the mail or not delivered due to USPS error, you are subject to reimbursement via product replacement or refund.
